1) The 27th Toyota symposium was held.
The 27th Toyota symposium was held in Toyota City on 28th.
This time, Mr. Yoshinari Maruyama, Honorary Professor of Rikkyo University 
lectured.
Mr. Maruyama said, he is investigating business administration, production 
system theory, regional economy theory, and business administration history 
of US automobile industry, especially regional reproduction and industrial 
accumulation.
The symposium was set as "Place to discuss about the strategy and the 
subcontract problem etc. of Toyota multipronged".

2) Continued report of struggle with Fine-Sinter Co.,Ltd.
The following is a continued report of the struggle at Kasugai factory of 
Toyota-affiliated Fine-Sinter Co.,Ltd. on  22nd.
There is a problem that "Legal minimum wage" has been reduced for mentally 
deficient person employed at this factory. We requested disclosure of 
recognition ground and withdrawal of this unjustified reduction
to Nagoya Kita Labor Standards Inspection Office that authorized it.

3) APWSL Aichi issued Action Report No.1.
　The organization was reorganized in APWSL Aichi on the 17th.
1. From now, APWSL will expand the area to gather information from Aichi to 
Tokai (area).
2. We will provide information under the theme of "International unity of 
labor union movement" and "Asian people's living and exchange of cultures".
3. We will continuously improve the contents of "News related to Toyota" 
that has been sent up to now
4. "News related to Toyota" were brought together to be "Action Report", and 
the first volume was issued. It is the one from November, 2008 to August, 
2010.

4) Matters proposed at rally of Anjo district Labor Union Council
The rally of Aichi Prefecture and the Anjo district Labor Union Council was 
held on 16th. There was the report of the JTEKT Tanaka trial and request to 
support Mr.Tanaka. Moreover, there was the fact report of "Depression 
disease" in the office related to Toyota, and opinions were w\exchanged.

5) Collective bargaining by Aisin Kiko Co., Ltd. machine worker (continued 
report)
The collective bargaining was held by Toyota related company Aisin Kiko Co., 
Ltd. and corporate machine workers on 10th. ATU・S Chairman Mr. Wakatsuki, 2 
executives, and union member Mr. Yoshida participated. In the collective 
bargaining, 1. Mr. Yoshida’s reinstatement (desk work)  2.pay security 
until that time were requested. But the company refused the both, so we will 
pursue it continuously in the future.

6) Signature activity for JTEKT Tanaka trial.
The signature activity for JTEKT Tanaka trial was done at Aichi red flag 
festival in Nagoya city on 3 rd.
More than 1200 signatures were gathered by 5 people of supporters group, 
under clear blue sky.
