Dear Parat,

Thank you for asking us about the Council Meeting.
APWSL Japan can pay for the air fee to attend the Council Meeting.
But most countries cannot.
So the most important question is not the place but the money to go there 
and the money for the accomodation.
How much is the price to go and stay in Thai, Philippines and China and who 
is going to pay for it? That is the question.
We have to know these information before we decide where to have our Council 
Meeting.

I hope you know about Thai. If you don't have information on Philippines and 
China, you should ask the people who are recommending the two countries. And 
let us know the information for the three countries.

  Greetings from Thailand, I would like to inform you that,I have met  Rev. 
Jang Chang woen   last month he came to attended ALE meeting in Bangkok,  we 
were meeting  and talked about APWSL next council  ,many people in  APWSL 
had to demanded to take   place in Thailand  some countries have to propos 
to have meeting in China and also Philippines. I my self   and Rev Jang 
Chang Woen cannot decided  by us  we need to vote from our members are 
interesting the place to meeting should   you  are vote to us and propose 
your idea  we  are need from all of you.





  The other thing we would like to  know how many countries  you can support 
you self to buy the ticket? and how many countries you cannot to do by your 
self or our organization ? we need to finding and seeking the fund for next 
council next year. Also we are would like to know what month  must be good 
to meeting ? Rve. Jang Chang Woen said not in May 08 because this month we 
are very busy of work .


  I hope my email will give you  think more about APWSL next  council 2008! 
and waiting for your idea and send me email.

  Team to pay for member fee  now. I am  wait for you news from some 
countries  how you decide to pay for members fee and   solidarity 
contribute.
