place but the money to go there and the money for the accomodation.</FONT></DIV>

Thai, Philippines and China and who is going to pay for it? That is the
question.</FONT></DIV>

we decide where to have our Council Meeting.</FONT></DIV>

have information on Philippines and China, you should ask the people who are
