[APWSLMembers 148] Urgent Napel Portest 1 year past !!

Dear friends,
Greetings  i would like to inform you that, Thai APWSL and 6 -7
 organizations  have plan to protes again about Napel issue, so we have plan
to protest on 1 Feb 06 at Napel Embassy in Bangkok. i don't know  what
about  APWSL the another countries? should do again for Napel member ? I
have known untill now the situation  not solution that why we need to
protest again turn aroun 1 year already,
