<br>I&nbsp;hope&nbsp;you&nbsp;are&nbsp;safe&nbsp;and&nbsp;in&nbsp;good&nbsp;health.

<br>The&nbsp;members&nbsp;and&nbsp;friends&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;APWSL&nbsp;Korea&nbsp;&nbsp;are&nbsp;very&nbsp;sad&nbsp;while&nbsp;watching&nbsp;the&nbsp;news&nbsp;that&nbsp;happened&nbsp;there&nbsp;about&nbsp;the&nbsp;8.9-magnitude&nbsp;quake,&nbsp;which&nbsp;unleashed&nbsp;a&nbsp;devastating&nbsp;10-meter&nbsp;(30-foot)&nbsp;tsunami&nbsp;that&nbsp;washed&nbsp;away&nbsp;homes&nbsp;and&nbsp;tossed&nbsp;ships&nbsp;inland.
<br>
<br>We&nbsp;want&nbsp;to&nbsp;tell&nbsp;all&nbsp;the&nbsp;Japanese&nbsp;people&nbsp;that&nbsp;we&nbsp;stand&nbsp;with&nbsp;you&nbsp;in&nbsp;this&nbsp;terrible&nbsp;catastrophe

<br>We&nbsp;are&nbsp;saddened&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;loss&nbsp;of&nbsp;life&nbsp;and&nbsp;extensive&nbsp;damage&nbsp;to&nbsp;property&nbsp;and&nbsp;infrastructure
<br>
<br>We&nbsp;have&nbsp;had&nbsp;a&nbsp;terrible&nbsp;reminder&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;destructive&nbsp;power&nbsp;of&nbsp;nature.
