news of pass away of Com. Crispin Beltran ‘Ka <span class=SpellE>Bel</span>’.
He was the real working class hero of <span class=SpellE>Philippino</span>
labour movement. His incomparable contribution as the leader of the trade union
movement, as a parliamentarian, as a freedom fighter, and as a unionist devoted
to international working class solidarity will always remain in the memories of
millions. On behalf of Nepali working class and trade union movement and
General Federation of Nepalese Trade unions, we extend our heart-felt tribute
and express our deep condolence to the family, to KMU, to Party and entire
working class peoples of the </span></font><st1:country-region><st1:place><font
size=2 face=Arial><span lang=EN-GB style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;
