I would like to confirm you that about my email on 22 March 07, i had sent email to all of APWSL the email i would like discuss about APWSL nest council in 2008. I 'm waiting for your sugests to me and would like to know how many countries are cannot support themself come to APWSL council and also the countries we want have meeting seem to be not body replied to me until now ,i got only email from India. Could you please send me email to request about that and also APWSL need to make prosposal for budget for next councill.
