Motor Corporation, a multinational<BR>enterprise.<BR>We believe Toyota Motor
Corporation is fully responsible for all unfair<BR>labour practices committed by
Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation, such<BR>as the
persistent refusal to collective bargaining, a legitimate right of
your employees.<BR><BR> It is clear that Toyota Motor Corporation
instructed, approved or<BR>ratified such unfair labour practices committed by
Toyota Motor<BR>Philippines Corporation, and is also deeply involved at present
in<BR>enforcing the illegal certification election in Toyota Motor
Philippines<BR>Corporation.<BR>Toyota Motor Corporation can never be exempted
from its responsibility<BR>to all the effected workers.<BR><BR> Such acts
are against the labour standards provided by ILO. They are<BR>also violating the
Philippine law and its spirit, including the decision<BR>rendered by the Supreme

company, claims in public that it respects each country's law and its
spirit which is in total contradiction to TMC's behaviour.<BR><BR> Workers
and citizens all over the world will not tolerate such unfair labour practice

lang=EN-NZ>Toyota</SPAN></st1:place></st1:City><SPAN lang=EN-NZ>.<BR>Workers and
citizens of the world are and will continue to be impeaching Toyota Motor
Corporation so long as it holds to this attitude.</SPAN></P>
