Philippines Corporation Workers Association members, to their unconditional

charges against 26 TMPCWA officials. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US">We oppose your efforts to
invent a new certification election.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

at </SPAN></FONT><st1:City><st1:place><SPAN
style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US">Toyota</SPAN></st1:place></st1:City><SPAN
style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US"> </SPAN><st1:country-region><st1:place><SPAN
style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US">Philippines</SPAN></st1:place></st1:country-region><SPAN
style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US"> and not from the workers base. This
contradicts the fact that a union is an organization of workers with officials
elected by workers set up without interference by
management.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

of a standing order effected by the Department of Labour and Employment (DOLE),
stating that no new certificate election be allowed whilst an unresolved dispute
between workers and management pre-exists.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US">This also over-rides a
previous decision made by the Supreme Court of the
</SPAN></FONT><st1:country-region><st1:place><SPAN
style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US">Philippines</SPAN></st1:place></st1:country-region><SPAN
style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US"> and the International Labour Organisation
confirming the exclusive bargaining rights of the Toyota Motor Corporation
Workers Organisation.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

to be counted as voters in shop floor workers interests in an effort to set up a
