the fact that a union is an organization of workers with officials elected by

of a standing order effected by your department; Department of Labour and
Employment (DOLE), stating that no new certificate election be allowed whilst an
unresolved dispute between workers and management

previous decision made by the Supreme Court of the

style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US">Philippines</SPAN></st1:place></st1:country-region><SPAN
style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US"> and the International Labour Organisation
confirming the exclusive bargaining rights of the Toyota Motor Corporation
Workers Organisation.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

to be counted as voters in shop floor workers interests in an effort to set up a
highly questionable alternative to the TMPCWA.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

the legitimate union (TMPCWA), chosen by the rank and file, their collective
rights despite no illegal action on behalf of the workers or their
