Revised Worker Dispatch Law was enforced
>From October 1, revised Worker Dispatch Law was enforced. The purpose of
revision of this law is to reinforce proper management of worker dispatch,
temporary worker's protection, etc. with Employment Security Act, and to
contribute in stabilization of temporary workers’ employment, and
improvement of other welfare.
Those are to say, prohibition of daily-hire dispatch in principle,
regulation on dispatch between group companies, clear disclosure of dispatch
charge, obligation to consider about balance with workers in accepting
company, etc. So, it is necessary to pay attention whether the contents of
revision are actually carried out promptly, a person involved in a union
said.

(4) The trial of AKK Mr. Yoshida was opened.
The trial of Mr. Yoshida of Aisin kiko (AKK) , a group company of Toyota
Motor, was opened in the Nagoya District Court on 30th. This trial is the
lawsuit which confirm that he is an employee of AKK (status preservation
trial). It is different from a lawsuit to request cancellation of decision
not to pay for him due to workmen's-accident (workmen's-accident
authorization trial) against the country which has already been tackled.
These two lawsuits are simultaneously advanced from the 5th trial of the
workmen's-accident authorization trial.

(3) Anti-nuclear power plant round-table conference.
The anti-nuclear power plant round-table conference was held in Aichi labor
hall on 11th.
10,000 people are used by decontamination work of Fukushima Prefecture every
day. The structure of exploitation same as the case of Tokyo Electric Power
Company can be seen. Although 27,000 yen + payment for danger is paid to
originators from the country, it is said that end workers can receive only
7,000 yen. There were also reports by participants of "scientist meeting"
etc.
Next conference will be held in the Aichi health center from 18:30 on
December 5. Please inquire to Mr. Chikamori.

(2) Telephone consultation service for dispatch workers
Telephone consultation service was carried out for dispatch workers all at
once in the whole country by the appeal of dispatch workers network in
Kansai on 6th and 7th both days.
Although the Tokai area was only on 6th, the Nagoya Fureai union became a
consultation gateway. "Revised Worker Dispatch Law" was enforced from
October 1, so, in telephone consultation service, necessary advice were
provided to dispatch workers’ opinions and questions about Revised Worker
Dispatch Law.

(1) Mr. Takahira of Denso raised trial
Mr. Takahira who was a former contract worker of Denso of Toyota group,
appealed to the Nagoya District Court in quest of reparations on 3rd. The
press conference was held in the judicial press club, and 3 papers of
Chunichi, Asahi, and Yomiuri reported in the morning paper of the next day.
