Dear Brothers and Sisters,

 People in Japan have spoken up. 
 More than 60,000 people gatered for the rally on Monday, "9.19 Farewell to Nuclear Power Plants--10 Million People's Action," which was called for by nine celebrities and writers including a Nobel laureate, Kenzaburo Oe. They initiated a petition to gather 10 million signatures.
