from anywhere of the world, and to make 2011 full of green and the fertile 
earth, blue, clear sea and sky, and moreover, people's smile and children's 
play, we workers start action from office and residence first. Let's gather

３) "Reimei" Vol.14 was issued.
Vol.14 of journal of ATU・S "Reimei" was issued on 29th.
Struggles between ATU and JTEKT, Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd., Fine-Sinter Co.,Ltd. 
are fully reported there.
Moreover, the short report about Toyota labor union (TMWU) and the 
contribution about the pacifism  over Article 9 of Constitution of Japan are 
also interesting. APWSL Aichi and Tokai also contributed.

２) Continued report of JTEKT dispute
The 2nd general meeting of the supporters group for Mr. Tanaka at the trial 
was held on 17th.
 The decision is expected in the autumn of 2011. So, they confirmed emphatic 
approaches like gathering signatures to the presiding judge, full crowd at 
gallery, for getting victory decision.
Moreover, they held lawyers meeting for Mr. Tanaka trial, at Nagoya Kyodo 
Law Office on7th.
Tanaka trial debate preparation court will end on 16th, and questioning of 
witness will start from the next. The 1st questioning of witness will 
extends for a long time from 10:00AM to  5:00PM, and it will be the climax 
of the trial. So, they calls for support from gallery..

１) Continued report of Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd. dispute.- Termination notice 
was sent.
ATU had the 5th collective negotiation with the company on 13th. The subject 
was about ongoing ATU union member's reinstatement problem. The person in 
question was under rehabilitation, and the process to the reinstatement was 
argued about comeback from the light work one by one.
The union faces the negotiation through deskwork etc., proposing concrete 6 
offices, not to leave the problem the company. During the negotiation, the 
notice of termination was suddenly sent from the company on 24th. It 
mentioned that the company will lay him off on June 30, 2011, if his 
reinstatement to the former office is difficult.  ATU and him in question 
are preparing the counteroffensive.
