1）Customary joint street propaganda in front of Nagoya station with Labor 
Union.
There was a customary joint street propaganda in the evening in front of 
Nagoya Station on 26th. This joint action that had started by four groups 
became that by nine groups and the unions now.  On this day, 6 groups and 
the unions such as ATU&ATU participated. The struggling circle under 
cooperation is expanding.

2) Small meeting before general meeting of supporters for Mr. Tanaka at 
trial.
There was a small meeting before the general meeting of the supporters group 
for Mr. Tanaka of JTEKT at the trial  on the 20th. It has been decided to be 
held in Kariya City at 19:00 December 17, though the general meeting 
proceedings etc. are not decided yet. The supporters group is continuing 
member recruiting and requesting donation.

3) Collective bargaining for Mr. Yoshida of Aisin Kiko Co., Ltd.
There was a collective bargaining that request withdrawal of dismissing Mr.. 
Yoshida at Aisin Kiko Co., Ltd.  on 18th. Three members from ATU, including 
Chairman Mr. Wakatsuki participated.
Mr. Yoshida has not recovered after he suffered from vaginal synovitis ( 
with fracture ) of left wrist at the conveyer work (400 times a day) to 
tighten the gearbox and got 3 times operation.
The company didn’t admit the workers' accident compensation and told him 
the leave-taking expiration dismissal of private disease. Then, Mr.Yoshida 
seceded the company-based union and joined ATU.
To see that, the company admitted him leave-taking, after withdrawing the 
dismissal. ATU is requesting payment for him during the suspension period.

4) Request for Aichi Bureau of Labor regarding Fine Sinter Co.,Ltd
We requested Aichi Bureau of Labor to correct reduction of minimum fee for 
mentally deficient people
working at Fine Sinter Co.,Ltd, Toyota affiliated parts supplier, where the 
ATU union members are working on 12th. Members from ATU and JMIU also 
participated this requesting.

5)ATU・S journal "Reimei" No.13 was issued.
We printed and sent out the "Reimei" 13th version from 1st to 2nd.
The number of sending copy of Reimei" is 170, some for handing, and total 
l350.
We request the readers joining to ATU・S in the journal.
