5）About the activities of the Tokai Foreign Residents Supporters Network in 
Japan.
The general meeting of the above-mentioned organization was held on June 26. 
The main activity after it
started last March is as follows.
1) Holding Seminar for foreign workers.
2) Cooperation for investigations by Mr. Busmante, United Nations special 
reporter, concerning the migrant worker.
3) Issue of newsletter.
The above activities were reported. Mr. Chikamori, secretary-general of ATU・S, 
participated to this campaign group as a management committee.

4) Union member Mr. Kumazawa made remarks in Fine-sinter’s shareholders' 
meeting.
On May 25, there was the shareholders' meeting of Fine-sinter Co.,Ltd., the 
parts supplier of Toyota.
Mr. Kumazawa, ATU union member attended as one of the stockholders. Mr. 
Kumazawa requested the
explanation about the workers' accident compensation problem and unfair 
labor practice put on himself.
However, president Mizuno who was the general meeting chairman refused to 
answer.

3) Participation in "Japan Yoseba studying society".
>From June 5 to 6, "Japan Yoseba studying society" was held in Nagoya.
At the first day, Mr. Masaki Saruta (ATU・S representative & professor of 
Chukyo University) and Mr. Tadao
Wakatsuki (ATU chairman) reported at the theme of "Structure of the Toyota 
system and ruling workers",
about subcontract structure of auto manufacturing sector, and the current 
situation and problem of
non-regular worker's.
Note: Yoseba means the place where mainly day worker and the job offer 
trader gather. It can be said that
the site of "Lower society" where contradiction and poverty in the society 
are condensed.

2) (additional report) Formation of Anti-Poor Network Aichi.
For recent several years, difference between rich and poor is expanding, as 
represented by the expression
"Cutting Dispatch labors". On May 30. the network to expand the movement of 
"Anti-poverty" in this Aichi
Prefecture was established. The union member of ATU and 200 people including 
the members of ATU・S
participated to the formation meeting on this day.
The consultation in the future, and the activities of "Anti-poor festival" 
in Aichi Prefecture held in 2011 etc.

1) (additional report)ATU submitted "Request" about the recall problem.
ATU submitted the request about the recall problem of Toyota Motor on April 
12. This is the second bounce
following "Statement" put out on March 24.
The main content is,
1) The problem and responsibility of the recall problem is not in the 
manufacturing process but in management situation.
2) It is necessary to put emphasis on safety and quality, not on the 
cost-reduction-first principle.
3) True reasons were not explained about the trouble of Prius, and it 
violates compliance.
4) It is necessary to clarify the content of "Global Quality Special 
Committee" that the headquarters set.
Total 13 items are requested including above.
