3)After JTEKT Tanaka trial.
Here is an after story about the trial against JTEKT Corporation, who
disregarded the physician’s diagnosis permitting Mr. Tanaka’s
reinstatement, and dismissed him by the reason that sickness moratorium
period expired.
The director’s meeting of the supporters group for Mr. Tanaka at JTEKT
trial was on 23rd. It was reported that Mr. Tanaka’s unemployment insurance
expired, so he lost any income, and had started working part-time by this
seat at intervals of the trial. There are always ruthless difficulties in
front of struggling workers like him. We must fight to win by the worker's
wide support and unity.
2) Reconciliation approval of victory in Toyota-affiliated Aichi Steel.
Reconciliation was approved about the Aichi Steel’s unfair labor practice
matter over which we have been struggled in Labor Relations Commission on
12th.
The epoch-making contents is that Aichi Steel Corporation must follow the
judicial precedent of Supreme Court, and accept the negotiation with "Fureai
union" in which the dispatched workers and the contract worker of
non-regular employment joined.
