4)Appeal activity of labor dispute in Philippines Toyota, at Nagoya Motor
Show

On November 21, the action shown in the subject was held presided by TMPCWA
supporters group in Aichi.

The place was “Port Messe Nagoya”, located in the Nagoya Port, and about
30 people participated.

In the handbill, following the big headline of "Toyota Motor recalled",
there was written "In Philippines Toyota, 233 workers were dismissed" and "
3.8 million vehicles were recalled in North America".

Toyota should guarantee not only new technologies and new models but also
cars that can be used safely and offices where workers can work with relief.
There will not be development and future of the company, without early
solution of the dispute.

On November 20, there was the second trial of JTEKT Tanaka. It was not the

plaintiff, and defendant JTEKT were allowed as the participants by the
court. when more than 20 supporters entered into the room on that day, the
presiding judge admitted them hearing, requesting them to keep quiet.

2)Appeal activity by ATU

In November, ATU did the distribution and the propaganda by the 12th union

3000 copies were distributed by the union members and the supporters at
Kariya City Station, near which many Toyota group companies are located.

On November 15, they distributed the paper to the house-to-house in the
apartment of a housing complex in Toyota City where the employee of Toyota
also lives a lot.

On November 20, they went to Kasugai city, where Fine Sinter Co.,Ltd. is
located, and distributed for citizens and workers in front of JR Kasugai
station. On November 23, distributed at Toyota headquarter. The propaganda
in Kasugai City was the first activity this time. However, because the
content described in the organization paper was concerning Fine Sinter
Co.,Ltd., the company of there, there was high concern and very good
acceptability.

1)Report of struggle with Fine Sinter Co.,Ltd.

On November 5, We requested to North Nagoya Labor Standards Inspection
Office about correction of handicapped person's minimum wage cut down at
Fine Sinter Co.,Ltd. and setting up of the work platform, and could achieve
improvement up to some extent.

Moreover, the company started annoying Mr. Kumazawa, a member of ATU union,
due to against mind to his activities. The company began to compel him work,
pushing him into the isolated room that had been constructed in a rush. We
are pursuing this matter in the collective bargaining, preparing for the
forthcoming negotiation.
