Dear Rev. Jang,

Greetings!

Today, i filed my visa application at the Korean
Consulate. It took me a long time since I was
trying to get a certificate of tax exemption,
which the Embassy requires also. Up to now, I am
still waiting for the tax certificate which I had
already begun fixing almost a month ago. Because
there's very limited time left for me already, I
decided to file my application without it. As
expected, they asked for it but I just said that
I am still waiting for the result of my
application. So this is the thing that might still affect my application.

Also, the asked for the original copy of your
invitation letter with a notary certificate. I
have given them both the fax copy and the
photocopy of it. I don't know if they were
satisfied but they just asked me to come back on
Oct. 26. Only on that day will I know the result
of the visa application, whether it's granted or
not. Perhaps it would help if you can send a
letter (by fax or email) or call the Korean
Consulate and ask them to expedite the processing
of my visa application. The contact details of the Korean Consulate is:

Name of Consul: Kim Jong-Min
Email: dipadmin at hiwire.net.ph
Tel Nos. (632) 811-8260 to 61
Fax No: (632) 811-8258

Thanks and hoping to see you next month if i
would be successful in getting a visa.

Regards,
Tess
