Dear Parat and Rev. Jang,

Thank you for all your work for the preparation of the regional coordinators
meeting next month.

Here is the response and suggestion from APWSL Japan.

1. Participants from Japan are as follows.
   YAMASAKI Seiichi, sub-regional coordinator
   HARADA Keiko, co-representative of APWSL Japan
  TAKAHEI Masahito, co-coordinator of APWSL Japan
  YASUDA Yukihiro, Labornet Japan

  I will let you know the flight number as soon as possible.
 There may be one more person attending.

2 Please make sure who is attending the regional coordinators meeting and
make every effort to have many participants as possible.

3 We agree with Parat's suggestion made in APWSL Members Mailinglist No.
390.
  The agenda for the regional coodinators meeting should be evaluation of
our activities after the Council Meeting in Kualalumpur and
  activity plan for the next one and half year.

4 We hope that the following issues should be included in the agenda.
* financial report
* solidarity contribution
* Bangkok office and coordinators office
* newsletter
* Labornet Asia website
* APWSL mailing list
* communication between the secretariat members and regional coordinators
* preparation for the Council Meeting

5 According to the proposed schedule Business Meeting of the APWSL Regional
Coordinators is from 9am to 1pm on Wednesday Nov.8.
 Four hours is too short. We think that we need at least one whole day for
the regional coodinators meeting. Is it still possible to change the
schedule?

6 The whole program is titled "Building Asian Solidarity and Sharing
Communication of internationalism, Asia Pacific Workers Solidarity Link
Regional Coordinators Conference" But the original proposal in July was to
have the regional coordinators meeting and the Forum on Internationalism and
Revolution seperately. We think the original plan is better and the regional
coordinators meeting on the Nov. 8th and the other programs should be
seperated.
The regional coordinators meeting is organised by the secretariat and
Building Asian Solidarity and Sharing Communication of internationalism
conference is organised by APWSL Korea and other organizations in Korea.

7 We have only one month to go. APWSL Japan will do its best for the success
of the regional coordinators meeting.

Yamasaki, for APWSL Japan.
