Dear Parat and Rev. Jang,

APWSL Japan held its annual general meeting in Osaka on July 17th with 16 
delegates.

We discussed about the regional coordinators meeting.
Here are some questions and suggestions from the discussion.

1 Please make clear the schedule for the regional coordinators meeting and 
the forum after it.

2  For the regional coordinators meeting, only the appointed regional 
coordinators can attend and agenda should be decided by the secretariat.
  APWSL Japan thinks that it is very important to talk about the Labornet 
Asia at the regional coordinators meeting.

3 The  forum and the exposure are organized by APWSL Korea, so APWSL Korea 
can decide who to invite and what to discuss.

4 Approval from Gwynnyth is necessary for holding the regional coordinators 
meeting.

APWSL Japan will support the regional coordinators meeting in Korea and send 
Yamasaki for the meeting and someone else for the forum and the exposure.
