[APWSLMembers 175] Financial Report

Dear friends,
I am send you  again financial report, I was ggiven to some members network
when  me have meeting in HongKong, but i am not sure  all of you  get it. i
was sent report of meeting in HK. sould send finacial report again, So that
if any question please send to me.

I  am going to meeting WSF. the forum for prepareation on  that, Also i am
not sure we have enough tome to orgarnise for meeting in May 06, I would
like to propose to members we might have meeting for Subrigional meeting
should be when have WSF. In BKK  in October 06? Because i  cannot find out
for fund to meeting in May 06 I would like to all of you suggestion to me
about this.

 Many hope we will work going up,  In Thailand APWSL members have more work
and qiute busy here because of we against Taksin GOV. we had plan on 26
/2/06 the situation here quite seriously.
