Dear all,

I am very sorry for not sending the update of the election immediately
because of very busy schedule.
TMPCLO did not reach the simple majority of the total valid votes cast
in the CE.

TMPCLO - 242
TMPCWA - 237
dismissed workers  - 89
Challenge Voters level 5-7 - 121
No union - 8
Spoiled - 15

Despite of the strong connivance of TMPCLO-TOYOTA-DOLE, they still
failed in the CE. This means TMPCWA still the sole and exclusive
bargaining agent and must continue the struggle to impose this right.

Tomorrow (Monday) we will file the failure of election to the Department
of Labor and our protest to the very obvious  cheatings, harassment and
nnivance.

The TMPCLO leaders inside ar very disapointed specially the toyota
management about the result of the election. We think the most threat
for the management is there are still strong 237 workers from inside
workers support for TMPCWA and the company cannot deny on that.
