I understand how you feel about inviting TIE to the regional coordinators 
meeting in November.
I also think that there is no need to invite TIE.
Here are some questions to you on this matter.
1 What did TIE do for APWSL after the secretariat meeting in Melbourne?
2 Did you have any contact with TIE after the secretariat meeting?
