Dear Umesh,

On behalf of the Kilusang Mayo Uno, we extend our 
warmest congratulations and solidarity for your 
victory in restoring democracy in Nepal. The 
strong unity of the Nepalese workers and people 
did it.  We have been following your struggle and 
it is a great inspiration for us, especially as 
we are also experiencing now the comeback of 
martial law in the Philippines.  But like the 
Nepalese workers and people, we will not stop 
fighting until we achieve victory, until genuine 
freedom and democracy is attained, until imperialism is defeated.

Long live the Nepalese workers and peoples!
Long live international solidarity!
