Nice to heard from you. i am think about the time to  Sub regional meeting
in May,   I am thinking about   time and fund for meeting seem to be i have
sent the letter to  dicussed about that also am so very busy since came
backed from WTO meeting in HongKong  until now   not  finish yet.Now
myfather  at Hospital quite serious for us also mygrant Father past away
more a month before he past away he was in hospital more then  3 months.
This is myprivate problem also the situation in Thailand all of you might
known about big protested  and againt Taksin  until now the sistuation is
going on we didnt finish yet for election here, Than make all activits here
hard work more then 3 month too.

Would be good if we change about time near  by WFS. in BKK  on October 06?
also i cant to work alone need all support from all of you.Anyhow i need
more time to organising  and also  where we can find for fund?  Would be
good if i can meet you and Gwynnyth Evan.
