Dear Parat,

We would like to inform you that Diosdado Fortuna is also a member of 
the APWSL Philippines, as PAMANTIK-KMU, which he heads, is part of it.

For this reason alone, I think we have to carry an APWSL-wide 
campaign against his killing.  Aside from sending solidarity message 
and protest letters from APWSL-member countries and from the APWSL 
Coordinator himself, may we propose an International Day of Action on 
Sept 29, 2005, the day Ka Fort will be buried?  This may be 
characterized by protest pickets in front of Philippine Consulates or 
any other form of protests that you deem necessary.

Please let us know of your thoughts.  And thank you so much for being 
in solidarity with us especially in these times, where the Arroyo 
government, in collusion with transnational capitalists such as 
Nestle, is attacking us in all fronts.
