Dear friends and supporters of TMPCWA,

We would like to thank all of you for the immediate response and active
participation in helping the TMPCWA in sending of your protest letter to
the
Philippine Toyota and the Labor Department. We still receiving many
protest
letters as a copy furnish to TMPCWA email address.

The campaign was very effective. The Labor Department receives more than
a
hundreds of protest letters from US, Europe, Japan, India, Australia,
Taiwan, Hong Kong and Philippines condemning the one-sided decision of
the
DOLE. The Labor Department was being pressure and kicked out the
Med-Arbiter
John Frederick De Dios who made the one-sided decision to grant the
Petition
for Certification Election of the company dominated union TMPCLO. The
Med-Arbiter was forced to resign last August 1, 2005.
