Dear friends

Greeting to you from APWSL Convener's Office, Korea.
I am very happy that we are able to start the which is our new website from
today. The test page is successfully brought into the web. For the time
being the web is in English. Very soon in about a month the web page will
have links to all languages of Asian Countries. The news and information
from each member country can be viewd in repective languages. I heartily
congratulate all my colleges who have prepared this website for the benefit
of all members.

PROPOSED PROGRAM FOR THE VISIT OF APWSL KOREA ON AUGUST 18-23, 2005 can be
found in the web and I invite all members to sign in for the meeting.

The visit schedule to Philippines is now ready as mentioned in my letter at
labornet Asia .I am confident that this programme will be very useful and
bring solidarity among the farmers and labor communities in Philippine.

I appreciate the Japan APWSL for the successful conduct of AGM and making
meaningful resolutions. We have resolved for the exchange programme between
the APWSL of Japan and Korea for a bilateral exchange program in the coming
year. I also appreciate the APWSL Japan for planning to visit New Zealand in
Autumn next year.
