[APWSLMembers 32] Notes on APWSL Council meeting

Dear Parat,

Thanks for  the notes on the APWSL Council meeting done by John Maynard.
However,  since this report contains just notes,  not the minutes of 
the meeting perhaps
it would be good to give the conclusion on each section of the APWSL Council
meeting and have a section on  the plan of action,  identifying who 
takes responsibility for
what aspect/s of the plan so when the time comes to evaluate the implementation
of the plan we know who is/are accountable or responsible.

Why I think it is important to note the conclusion on each part its 
because there
were many things left undone or unclear (based on the notes) and it would be
good to see if the plan of action you decided will help to 
resolve  these problems
as well as bring APWSL forward in the next year/s.  Also to find out what is
lacking in the plan of action so the proper structure of the organization can
do something about it in the process of implementation with proper 
consultation
of course with those concerned.

This means the plan of action's objectives should help to resolve the problems
as well as strengthen the organization in all aspects and at all levels.
