Greetings!

I am writing on behalf of APWSL Philippines.

We read from the APWSL mailing list that some members of APWSL will 
be in HK and that you are planning to set up a meeting of APWSL.  Is 
the meeting only for the secretariat or would it include the 
subregional coordinators?

We are asking because some officers of APWSL Philippines would be in 
HK also.  Being the subregional coordinator for Southeast Asia, we 
would be very interested to attend this proposed APWSL meeting. We 
would be happy to share with you what APWSL Philippines has been 
doing since the congress, as well as the modest plans of the national chapter.

Please let us know how we can contact you, i.e. your address and your 
mobile number in HK.

We are also taking this opportunity to invite you and other APWSL 
secretariat and members to attend the labor workshop entitled "The 
Lessons and Prospects of Labor's Resistance to Imperialist 
Globalization" jointly organized by KMU and ILPS Workers Study 
Commission.  This would be held on Dec 15, 1-5:30pm at the ILPS 
Pavilion, Victoria Park, Causeway Bay, HK.

We wrote you last week thru the APWSL mailing list but it was 
rejected by the moderator with no reason given.  We hope this letter 
will finally get thru.
